Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates: We offer free worldwide express shipping on orders over a certain amount (as specified on our website banner). For orders below that amount, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates:

• Hong Kong: 2-4 business days.
• International: 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Flottant Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
